Listrak Named a Best Place to Work in PA

December 6, 2021 – Listrak Inc. was recently named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in PA, announced December 2 in a hybrid awards ceremony. The statewide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes and honors Pennsylvania’s best employers, benefitting the state’s economy, workforce and businesses. Employees of PA businesses participate in a confidential survey where they are asked to rate their company on aspects such as culture, innovation, diversity, work/life balance and more. Survey data is then compiled into a report for employers to review and evaluate accordingly. The 2021 Best Places to Work in PA list is made up of 100 companies. 

The program began in 2005 and is promoted by the Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), Team PA Foundation, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – PA State Council and Best Companies Group.

Hundreds of companies from across the state entered the two-part process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics; this part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of a survey to measure the employee experience, which was worth 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey processes, as well as data analysis.
